My approach

1. Grounded in real-life leadership and trusted methods
I’ve practiced leadership and team development in the real world — and I’ve been trained by companies like GE, Airbus, Microsoft, and Oracle in Team Management, Leadership, and Agility.
I’m also deeply inspired and trained by Toscane Accompagnement and the Conscious Leadership Group.
2. A co-created journey, not a one-size-fits-all
My approach is rooted in co-creation: I work with you to design the journey that truly fits your context.
I combine structured methods with deep listening and intuition.
I’m inspired by Carl Rogers’ philosophy — a relationship built on true equity between coach and client. It’s a partnership, not a hierarchy.
3. A holistic approach to visible and invisible transformation
In our work, we address both the inner and outer dimensions of transformation:
- Your inner beliefs, self-awareness, and presence (individual / invisible)
- Your behaviors, actions, and communication (individual / visible)
- Your team and organizational culture (collective / invisible)
- Your structures, practices, and ways of working (collective / visible)
I often draw from the Conscious Leadership Group to help you:
- Recognize when you fall into the “Victim – Villain – Hero” cycle
- Reconnect with your authentic presence
