It’s about shifting into adult-to-adult relationships — with myself, with others, and within the systems I navigate every day.
This journey is about embracing the wholeness of who I am: uncovering my zones of genius, but also facing the shadows I’d rather not see — the inner demons that often hold me back.

My Approach
Professional and Inspirational Foundations
I have practiced leadership and team development in real life — and I have been trained in Team Management, Leadership, and Agility by companies such as GE, Airbus, Microsoft, and Oracle.
I have also been trained and inspired by Toscane Accompagnement and the Conscious Leadership Group.
My approach is grounded in co-creation: I work with you to design the journey you need, blending structured methods with deep intuition.
I am inspired by Carl Rogers’ philosophy, based on true equity between client and coach — a partnership, not a hierarchy.

Deep Dive Journey
6 sessions (60–90 minutes each)
For strengthening your leadership presence, resilience, and relational intelligence over time.
Leadership Evolution Journey
12 sessions (60–90 minutes each)
For a deep, sustainable transformation — leading yourself and others with authenticity, trust, and purpose.
Custom engagements are also available upon request.
