The Toscane Leadership development program combines personal growth with the systemic aim of transforming the organization. This dual intent lies at the heart of our unique methods.

The personal transformation of the leader is a prerequisite for the collective transformation of the organization. “The general rule seems to be that the level of consciousness of an organization cannot exceed that of its leader,” writes Frédéric Laloux in his book Reinventing Organizations.

The process of collective transformation can bring a great deal of joy and energy to your teams, but it is still a difficult path. The leader should never be alone or isolated on this journey. The Toscane course is a strong resource, a space for mutual aid, solidarity, and humanity. 3. EXPERIMENT & PRACTICE

Learning through action

The program involves in-depth work that directly targets behaviors and skills rather than merely temporarily modifying them. In this sense, the approach we offer is a growth process wherein the group acts as a support group for each member. The knowledge, savoir-faire, and interpersonal skills provided by the facilitators are always available for immediate application in learning. Our pedagogical approach is therefore designed to support leaders in coming to grips with and implementing the teachings.

When you act and behave in a way that is consistent with your core values, you inspire confidence and grow as a leader. You are able to galvanize groups using what really matters to you.

Whatever your background, education, and experience, what makes a difference in your responses will always be your integrity and resilience, your humanity, and your attitude and presence.

These three days will instill the attitude and fundamentals of what Toscane teaches. Learn to bring experiences to life rather than simply passing on knowledge. Become able to trigger personal shifts while positioning yourself with the aim of transformation and systemic effectiveness.
