With 20+ years of experience at Oracle, GE Healthcare, Microsoft, and Airbus, I’ve seen systems that stagnate and those that come alive. I help leaders and teams surface the invisible forces shaping their organizations — beliefs, values, emotions — and connect them with what’s visible: behavior, collaboration, and decisions.
Together, we co-design new ways of working that return life to the workplace. I equip people to own their transformation with tools, mindset, and confidence.
