Hi, I am Capucine

I don’t just guide transformations—I ignite them. My work is about challenging the status quo, shaking up comfort zones, and pushing boundaries to create workplaces that thrive with energy, innovation, and meaning.

With over 20 years of experience working for organizations like Oracle, GE Healthcare, Microsoft, and Airbus, I’ve seen firsthand how systems can become stagnant or vibrant, how teams can lose their spark, and how leaders can unintentionally stifle growth. That’s where I step in.

I work with leaders and teams to explore the unseen forces driving their organizations—values, beliefs, biases, emotions—and connect them with what’s visible: behaviors, decision-making, and the way people collaborate.

Together, we design new ways of working that infuse life back into their organizations. I empower people and teams to take ownership of their transformation, equipping them with the tools, mindset, and confidence to drive change themselves.

Here’s the truth: change doesn’t happen without discomfort. I’ll challenge you to face the messy, untapped potential within your organization. It might mean dismantling silos, rethinking how you measure success, or confronting uncomfortable truths about culture.
